When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed are dispatched the next business day. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. Order processing, shipment and deliveries do not take place over the weekend or public holidays.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Yes, you may choose a different address for delivery of your order for example in the event that you want to receive your order at your work address or you might want to offer the item as a gift.

What happens if you deliver whilst I am out?

 

Prior to the delivery date, courier will contact you in order to confirm your presence at delivery address. If, however, you are out or away during delivery, the courier representative will leave a note with a local contact number in order to for you to contact them and arrange a different date for delivery.
